Job Qualifications:

Candidates must pass required state and company background checks, and meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements:

• An Associate’s degree in Early Childhood or related field, with a plan of study leading to a Bachelor’s degree or a New York State Children’s Program Administrator Credential; two years of full-time teaching experience in a child care center, family or group family day care home or other early childhood program; and two years of experience supervising staff in a child care program or a related field of work.

• Knowledge of NYS OCFS regulations helpful, but not required.

• Competency in using Computer and Microsoft Office and Payroll software


Job description

You build strong partnerships with families to nurture each child’s individual development and pave their way for success. Your work is vital and makes a difference in the lives of the children, families, and your staff.


Director responsibilities include: proactively communicating with families, clients, staff, and licensing to provide exemplary customer service; conducting the daily responsibilities of operating the center, including guiding and managing the center team and providing feedback to help each employee grow; communicating and planning with board of directors.

We are looking for nurturing, reliable individuals who enjoy working with children 6 weeks – 5  years of age.
